IMPORT .AND EXPO
THE IMPORT AND EXPORT OF GOODS (CONTROL) (GUERNSEY) ORDER, 1971
OPEN GENERAL EXPORT LICENCE
vmEBEAS by the Import and Export of Goods (Control) (Guernsey) Order, 1971, dated
the 16 Maroh, 1971 (a), the exportation from Guernsey of goods oonsigned to a
plaoe outside the United Kingdom, the Island of Jersey, the other Islands of the
Bailiwick of Guernsey or the Isle of Man is prohibited unless under the authority
of a lioenoe granted by or on behalf of the Board of Administration.
NO\'! THEREFORE, the Board of Administration, in exercise of its powers under
Artiole 2 of the above-mentioned Order, hereby revokes the Open General Export
Licenoe dated the 14 October 1975 and hereby authorises81.
The exportation from Guernsey to any port or destination other than
a port or destination in China, Hong Kong, Macao, North Vietnam, North
Korea, Tibet and Southern Rhodesia of the goods speoified in Sohedule
1 hereto other than goods oomprised in an entry in Schedule 2 hereto.
2.
This licence shall take effect on the 11th February 1976 and may be
modified or revoked at any time by the Board of Administration.

(This note is not part of the Licence but is intended to indicate its general
purport).
This I,icence revokes and. replaces the Open General Export Licence granted
by the Board of Administration on the 11 October 1915. The species of
fauna and flora and their parts and derivatives, listed in Schedule 2 are
now included among the goods the export of which is controlled.
