RECEPTION HOURS
– Summer 8.00am to 8.00pm
– Winter 8.30am to 6.30pm
PETS: Pets are only allowed into the park in low season but a
prior arrangement must be made. Please refer to Pet Policy
on our website:www.hotwaterbeachtop10.co.nz
ARRIVAL TIME: 2.00pm (earlier arrivals may be accepted in
winter).

REFUNDS: Peak and High Season deposits are
non-refundable. No refunds will be given to guests checking
out of the Park early due to weather disruptions. All days and
guests booked must be paid for at check-in.
ALCOHOL: Alcohol must only be consumed on sites booked
to guests. Please do not wander around our Park drinking
alcohol.
SHOWERS: Showers are free but run on a timer for 5
minutes. Please push the button outside the cubicle to start
the hot water timer.
BARBECUES: Barbecues must be only gas or electric.
Please clean BBQ after use.
SMOKING: Please remember that it is an offence to smoke
in public areas. A cleaning fee will be incurred if guests are
found to be smoking in Park accommodation.
DEPARTURE TIME: No later than 10.00am.
BOATS: In consideration of other guests, please only flush
motors between 10.00am and 4.00pm.
ELECTRICAL WARRANTS: All caravans and motorhomes
must have a current electrical warrant before connecting to
the power points.
FIRES: Fires and fireworks are not permitted in the Park at
any time.
INTERNET: Computers area available in the TV lounge –
$1 and $2 coins can be used. Wireless internet is available
within the Park. Login cards are availble at reception for a
small fee.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Located on the right of the main
ablution block. $4 per load of washing and $1 for dryers.
Machines use $1 and $2 coins. .
PARKING: Sites are for guests’ vehicles only. Please ask
your visitors to park outside the Park or, if there is space, in
the visitor’s car park at Reception. Vehicle labels must be
displayed at all times.
TELEPHONE: A local tollfree phone is located in the Main
Facility building next to the Laundry.
TOUR BOOKINGS: Please talk to our friendly Reception staff
for assistance with local tour bookings.
VISITORS: Your visitors are welcome, but must report to the
office BEFORE entering the park. They will be required to pay
$5.00 per person and must leave by 10pm.
BEHAVIOUR/NOISE: A good standard of
behaviour is expected at all times. Excessive drinking
and parties are not permitted. Noise should not exceed
a reasonable level and complete quiet is required from
10.30pm to 7am. If you are experiencing a problem with
excessive noise or unreasonable behaviour, please
advise management immediately, tomorrow is too late.
There is an intercom button situated on the wall outside
reception. NO REFUNDS FOR EVICTION
