year. Some items will be requested periodically throughout the year. Please
label all items with your child’s first and last name.

4x6 baby picture(s) of your child
4x6 current picture(s) of your child
4x6 family picture(s)
1 box of 24 count crayons
1 box of classic color markers (thick)
1 large pack of construction paper
2 packs of #2 pencils – thick beginner pencils
1 plastic school pencil box
2 pack of wipes (monthly)
1 boxes of tissue (monthly)
4 glue sticks
1 bottle of Elmer’s Glue
1 box of 8 count thick crayons
Water color paint
1 crib sheet
1 small blanket
As Needed: A complete change of clothes including socks (seasonal)
Please bring your child in close toed shoes to ensure their safety.
