What is the difference between NTCLR and S2000?
The fundamental difference between these two
dipping glazes is their co-efficient rates of
expansion. NT-CLR’s lower co-efficient of expansion
(COE) improved its ability to withstand thermal
shock and minimize crazing. S-2000 has a higher
COE and is more tolerant of high expansion bodies.

Mayco Clear Glazes preserve and enhance the
surface of your work. Functionally, clear glaze forms
an impervious barrier that protects against liquids,
dirt and abrasion. Aesthetically, our clear glazes
provide a gloss or satin sheen over top of your
colored glaze decoration. Please refer to specific

Designer Stencils
Mayco’s Designer Stencils are another way to add
creativity and fun to your artwork. Easily create
patterns by applying ceramic glazes, acrylics,
textured paints, pastes or other decorating media
on ceramic, fabric, glass, paper, wood and more.
Designer Silkscreens
With over 30 themes to choose from, Mayco’s
Designer Silkscreens are a great way to add highly
detailed illustrations, patterns and graphics on
ceramic, paper, fabric, wood, glass and other craft
surfaces. Screen-print with paste made from
AC-310 Silkscreen Medium mixed with either
ceramic glazes (such as Stroke & Coats®, Designer
Liner or Underglazes), acrylics or fabric paints. The
high quality material of the Designer Silkscreens
allows for repeated use with proper cleaning and
storage.

All Coloramics’ products are designed and factory tested to meet our standards of quality and performance. We guarantee that every product
we ship will perform in accordance with our recommended usage guidelines and we will replace any product that is proven defective because of
manufacture at no cost.
It is the responsibility of the end user to determine the suitability of a product for any non-standard use.
We strongly recommend the test firing of glazes and/or application techniques new to the user, especially in commercial applications where large
production quantities are involved.
Safety Information
Observing simple safety precautions will assure your experience with ceramic products to be a safe and pleasurable one. There is a variety of safety
and product usage information on our website, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), official product usage information and additional tips for use. We

Food Safe
Glazes bearing a Food Safe designation have been tested by an independent lab and have been found to be within standards and guidelines set by
the Food & Drug Administration for use with dinnerware. Note: Glazes that are certified Non-Toxic are also Food Safe.
Not Suitable for Dinnerware Surfaces
These glazes, while technically Food Safe according to FDA standards, may not be suitable for dinnerware due to surface characteristics such as
pitting, crazing, etc.
Product Labeling
All Coloramics glazes are submitted to an independent certified toxicologist for proper labeling in accordance with standards set by the American
Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), reference ASTM D-4236. We strongly urge that users read all labels as well as visit our website for more
specific information on each product. Some verbiage and signage you will find on the label:
AP Certified Non-Toxic:
Products bearing the AP seal of the Art & Creative Materials Institute, Inc. (ACMI) are certified non-toxic. These products have undergone
a toxicological evaluation by a medical expert and have been determined to contain no materials in sufficient quantities to be toxic
or injurious to humans (including children) or to cause acute or chronic health problems. These products are certified by ACMI to be
labeled in accordance with the chronic hazard labeling standard ASTM D-4236.
