photography and visual art and the first stop is:
Italy, with music by Verdi, Puccini, and Respighi.

Go/Hear – Appalachia!

ECCO fills the stage for the final Go/Hear concert, which
takes us to rural Appalachia. This region has produced
some of our nation’s most unique and hauntingly beautiful
music. You’ll hear John Adams’ stirring Shaker Loops, fiddle
tunes and old-time hymns, and Aaron Copland’s famous
Appalachian Spring.

Longtime Festival favorite ECCO returns with its inimitable
blend of energy and virtuosity. These principals of major
orchestras and members of leading chamber ensembles come
