Again, we welcome you to National and Enterprise. As primary providers of Darigold, Inc. Emerald Club
members are recognized at both National and Enterprise so please reference your Emerald Club number
and Contract ID number XZ45308 or XZ45311 when reserving at both National and Enterprise.
Benefits of Renting with National and Enterprise

Enterprise Rent-A-Car are uniquely positioned to serve all of your business’ car rental needs both at the airport
and locally.

By enrolling in Emerald Club, you will receive greater choice and recognition while renting
across our worldwide network – and earn rewards too.

Expedited service is at your fingertips at airports across the United States. At most major U.S.
airport locations, Emerald Club members with a midsize car reservation can bypass the rental
counter and proceed to the Emerald Aisle. There you can select any vehicle parked on the Aisle
and, after a brief stop at the exit booth, be on your way.

We have the vehicles to accommodate your business and leisure needs. Whether you need a
minivan, luxury, convertible, or an SUV, simply call ahead and reserve the vehicle that will get
you on the road.

With minimal time restraints, the Enterprise “We’ll Pick You Up” program is available to our
customers. With a 24-hour notice, we will deliver vehicles to any home or office address.

We are close to where you live and work. National and Enterprise have a location within 15
miles of 90 percent of the U.S. population. Find us in your neighborhood.

Earn free rental days when you enroll in the Emerald Club and complete a reservation.

We offer award winning customer service at both airport and home-city locations.
National and Enterprise offer mobile Web sites accessible from smartphones and personal digital
assistants (PDAs), such as iPhones and Blackberrys. These mobile-commerce sites operate on
a “mobi” domain to deliver Internet content to mobile devices in a more optimized, on-the-go
browsing format.
National and Enterprise utilize several avenues of communication, feedback, and social media to
aid and provide outreach to our renters.

The Emerald Club
For 25 years, The Emerald Club has been synonymous with National Car Rental and our reputation as premium
supplier to the corporate traveler. Members enjoy accelerated transactions, greater choice and recognition while
renting across our worldwide network. The club rewards frequent business travelers with three tiers of privilege:
Emerald Club, Emerald Club Executive, and Emerald Club Executive Elite.







Emerald Club Aisle Service
At most major North American airport locations, members with a midsize car reservation can bypass the rental
counter and proceed to the Emerald Club Aisle. There a Greeter will meet and assist them, or they may simply
take any vehicle parked on the Aisle and, after a brief stop at the exit booth, be on their way. (Aisle cars will be a
mix of midsize or higher classes, depending on availability.) Regardless of the vehicle selected, a member pays
only the midsize rate, in effect receiving an automatic, complimentary, coupon-free upgrade.
Emerald Club Reserve Service
Similar to the Emerald Aisle, Emerald Reserve is another exclusive program for Emerald Club members.
Designed to accommodate renters who require a specific vehicle class other than midsize, travelers bypass the
counter and go directly to the Emerald Reserve area. There they choose from any vehicle in the row of the car
class reserved and drive away. This service is available at most major airport locations in the United States.
Free Rental Day Rewards
Emerald Club awards members free rental days with completed reservations. Rental credits are automatically
credited to your account at the time of rental through a paperless process requiring no coupons or statements.
Personal Profile Management
Members can view their past rental history and electronic reward accounts online. Members can also update their
profiles and elect to receive their receipts at the counter, via handheld device, fax, mail, or e-mail. When the email option is selected, members will receive rental receipts 24 hours after cars are returned.
Arrival Alerts
Arrival Alerts are a new feature for Emerald Club members when renting in the United States. The alerts include
a reminder of the reservation, along with reservation details and instructions for picking up the vehicle. These
alerts are sent one hour prior to the renter’s scheduled arrival time for all reservations made with at least 24-hours
notice. A renter may choose to opt out of receiving these alerts at any time.
Optional E-mail Receipts
Emerald Club members may choose to have rental receipts e-mailed directly to their desks after each rental so
that when they arrive back at the office, the rental receipt is waiting. When this option is selected on a member’s
profile, National will automatically e-mail a rental receipt within 24 hours of the return of the vehicle.
Additional Benefits
A dedicated toll-free reservation and member services hotline is available to all Emerald Club members.
As a member of The Emerald Club, Enterprise travelers will enjoy faster reservations (online, on the phone, with
your travel agent, and at participating North American Enterprise locations), quicker rentals, and member
discounts.

Emerald Club members who rent from Enterprise will earn rental credits toward higher status and free
rental days. At this time, any free rental days Emerald Club members earn must be redeemed at a
National location.
The Emerald Club also allows Enterprise travelers to create personal profiles, including payment
information, further expediting the reservation process for repeat renters. More Emerald Club benefits will
be available to Enterprise renters in the future.

Go straight to the Aisle — the keys are in the cars.
Any size, color, make or model on the Aisle may be driven at the
reserved midsize rate.

Emerald Club at Enterprise
As a member of The Emerald Club travelers enjoy faster reservations (online, on the phone, with
travel agents, and at participating North American Enterprise locations), quicker rentals, and
member discounts.
RESERVATIONS Easy, anytime reservations can be made via the GDS. Emerald Club members can also reserve
vehicles directly online at enterprise.com/loyalty and should enter their Emerald Club Member ID number. To contact us
via phone, call 866-206-3518 and reference the corporate CD number.
LOCATIONS In addition to being on-site at many airports, Enterprise has more than 6,500 home-city locations. Enterprise
offers our "We'll Pick You Up" program at no additional cost within a five miles radius of the rental location and can
arrange to give a renter a ride after the vehicle is returned.
Nominal fees may apply outside of five mile radius.
RECOGNITION Emerald Club member profiles are automatically available at Enterprise when updated to include the
renter’s Emerald Club membership number. The terms and provisions of the renter’s corporate agreement are recognized
at the time of rental when the reservation is placed using the corporate CD number.
RENTAL PROCESS Renters should proceed to the counter to begin the rental process where they will be assisted by
Enterprise staff. When using the Emerald Club membership number at Enterprise, the renter’s profile will be pre-populate
and reduce transaction time. The traveler will be provided with Enterprise service and visual vehicle inspection. Renters
pay for the vehicle driven; there are no guaranteed upgrades at this time.
RETURN PROCESS Rentals need to be returned to the originating location and rental brand. One-way rentals should be
referred to National Car Rental.

REWARDS Emerald Club renters earn credits and free days based upon qualifying rentals and the member’s tier, in the
same manner as at National. At this time, Emerald Club free days are only available for redemption at National locations.
Frequent flyer miles and hotel points are not currently available.
Qualifying rental is defined as vehicle rental in the United States and Canada; body shop, dealership, and insurance rentals do NOT
qualify.

Other Benefits and Programs
GPS and Toll Pass Program
GPS Devices
Portable Garmin GPS devices that may be used in any vehicle are
available at all National and Enterprise airport locations and select
home-city locations across the U.S. and Canada.
*Most accounts will pay current retail market prices on GPS devices.

Reserve – Add the Garmin unit at the time of reservation for guaranteed availability.
For Travel Agency booking requests, enter /SQ-NAV for Sabre and /SQ-NVS for all other GDS formats.
Equipment will be confirmed when available at time of sell via messaging.

Rent – Emerald Club members and those who utilize a kiosk should request the unit at the exit booth.
All other travelers – Pick the unit up at the rental counter.

Return – Do not leave the Garmin unit or any of its parts in the car. Hand the unit and its parts directly to the
attendant at the kiosk or exit booth; or, return it to the rental counter agent.
