Mirastar® differs to conventional mirrored
glass in many ways, but not all – you’ll find
it has the same high reflectance level as
a traditional mirror, and is just as capable
of enlarging a space, amplifying light or
forming a stunning focal point.

Safe in every situation.
Unlike silvered mirrors, which
corrode when exposed to
moisture and develop an ugly,
creeping black edge, Mirastar®,
SuperGold™ and SuperBronze™
are impervious to water, high
humidity and even cleaning
agents. Used as wall cladding
in bathrooms, changing rooms,
shower recesses or even swimming
pools, they simply will not degrade.
Once thermally toughened to
the relevant Grade A safety glass
standard, Mirastar®, SuperGold™
and SuperBronze™ are five times
stronger than ordinary glass,
and highly resistant to impact,
scratches and high temperature.
They can then be used safely in
conditions that are subject to
thermal, mechanical or unusual
stresses, such as splashbacks,
wall cladding, doors and furniture.
