1.5 kg okara
1 kg flour
Oil
Onion
Pepper
500 g carrot
Garlic
Parsley
Spices
Breadcrumbs
Preparation
Sauté the vegetables; add to okara, flour, salt and
seasonings. Make a dough, add oil if sticky. Cover
hamburgers or milanesas (1.5 cm and knead round or
rectangular cut). Put water to boil. Put hamburgers or
cutlets in boiling water and remove when they rise.
Milanesas pass breadcrumbs. Let it aerate, put with
dividers and freeze or use immediately cooking in the
oven or grill.
