Get ready for an unforgettable trip across the United States. Join a team
for American Adventure – you’ll work together to stay physically active
during the 8-week journey, learning all about the nation’s history and
landmarks as you walk from New York City to Hollywood, California.
Take The Challenge
See The Sights
Log into the online platform and join a team or
become a team captain. Recruit colleagues to join you
on the trip by sending invitations online or asking in
person. The trip across the USA requires 4,000,000
steps from a single team, so the larger your team,
the better your chances of making it all the way to
Hollywood! Try to have at least eight team members.
Over the next eight weeks, you and your team
will walk as much as possible, making your
way to some of the country’s most interesting
locations. Be sure to check in online regularly to
learn about America’s history and traditions. Ever
wondered what it was like to be Elvis, the “King
of Rock ‘n Roll”? Start walking to find out!
Track Your Progress
Help Each Other Out
Make sure all of your hard work is counted! Set a
habit of logging the steps you’ve walked each week.
Every single step counts, so be sure to track even
on days when you haven’t walked as far as you
hoped. You can track from your computer, with your
mobile phone via text messaging, mobile web, or
mobile app, or with the help of your team captain.
We all have days when working out and staying
active is hard. Reach out to your teammates
for motivation and support, and lend a helping
hand when your friends need an extra boost.
