Persecution by Kyrgyzstan's Rulers of the Chaste, Pious, and Pure Women!

Kabar media network published a report from the Interior Ministry's Media Office in the Republic of
Kyrgyzstan that on 18/11/2014 CE the houses of the leaders and members of the Women's Section of Hizb
ut Tahrir were searched; the raid and search was carried out by Section X of the Interior Department of the
city of Bishkek in cooperation with the Kyrgyz Intelligence Agency, and during the search of the homes,
extremist materials were found.
The year 2011 was the year in which the third president, Almazbek Atambayev, came to power in
Kyrgyzstan on the first of December 2011 CE; the year was best known as the year which saw the pursuit
of the members of Hizb ut Tahrir and in particular the pursuit of the pious sisters. Since that moment, many
lawsuits were filed against the sisters in addition to a campaign of arrests against dozens of them.
Siran Kinkabayeva was arrested in 2014, she was born in 1960, a mother of five children and is
disabled from the second division, she was charged for her membership of Hizb ut Tahrir, in September
she was sentenced for 8 years imprisonment. Also Gulzain Kachkinova Oorazbekova was arrested; she
was born in 1986, a mother of two small children, and sentenced to imprisonment for a three-year
suspended sentence. In March Zulfiya Amaanova was arrested; she was born in 1985, and sentenced to
imprisonment for a year suspended sentence. In April the intelligence officers searched the house of
Jomazi Toctobayeva , she was born in 1976, and was sentenced in June to four years imprisonment. In
September 7 of the sisters were arrested in the Jalalabad area, and on November 18th, four sisters were
arrested, their ages do not exceed 27 years.
The actions of Almazbek Atambayev, president of Kyrgyzstan, are similar to the actions of the
President of Uzbekistan, Islam Karimov, who announced one day that he does not fight women and
children, but soon began arresting women in Uzbekistan, and took the children of detainees and placed
them in orphanages or threw them in the streets. And here is Almazbek Atambayev today treading the
same line as the tyrant Karimov.
These crimes and degenerate acts of Almazbek Atambayev against the women members of Hizb ut
Tahrir are degeneration in morals and political thought and performance; how can a man fight women and
children? The man who holds respect for himself does not persecute the vulnerable. The intellectual
vacuum and ignorance manifest in the material work against women; such as arresting them, and
fabrication of lawsuits against, this is because of the ideas promoted by the women of Hizb ut Tahrir; this
show Atambayev’s bankruptcy in thoughts which he needs to fight and struggle against the ideas carried by
the women.
Atambayev is a Muslim, and is the son of his own people, but under pressure of the actual rulers in
Russia and the West, he is fighting his Muslim people. And his survival in power depends on force and
arms, which is provided to him by his protectors and not the people whom he governs. He strives for the
satisfaction of his protectors, and allows the destruction of the country's resources, leaving the people in
miserable poverty and great suffering, and then pursues the Muslims and is not sufficed with arresting the
men, but arrests women too. This dire situation demonstrates the weakness of the political performance
and the lack of care in the government he runs.
O Muslims: The absence of the Khilafah from the world’s political arena, has allowed dictators to
exercise heinous crimes against Islam and Muslims and all mankind. Remember the day when Muslims
had a state ruled by Muslims then, the evil tyrants were constrained by the Islamic law implemented in the
Khilafah State. Rush to join Hizb ut Tahrir and work with us to re-establish the righteously guided Khilafah
upon the method of Prophethood. The return of the Khilafah will stop the tyrants and protect the pious
Muslims, not just in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, but all over the world.
