Gel fuels, both ethanol and methanol, are highly flammable and categorized as dangerous goods (DG). DG Gel fuels cost extra to ship, require
greater consideration to store, are more expensive to insure and must involve a more robust level of education for both the distributor and end
user. Wick fuels, however, are not a dangerous good, and are categorized the same as vegetable oil. They do not require any of the special
considerations as Gel fuels, and are therefore the safer option. LeoLight’s Big Wick fuels use a wide flat-pad wick which maximizes heating power,
providing the same high levels of BTU as gel fuels, while minimizing liability and eliminating the dangers associated with gel fuels.

Our rack can hold up to 20kg (44lbs). The largest size food pan can hold a max of 12kg (30lbs). Therefore, the max capability of a standard
food pan does not exceed the max capability of the rack itself.
What size aluminum catering pans fit in OUR Racks?
The max depth of the water pan is 90mm (approx 3.5in) with 9780ml capacity (approx 330fl.oz.). The food pan is inserted over the water pan
