THE CONCEPT
With cities across North America
rapidly expanding, new condominiums
and homes are going up at an ultra fast
pace. Homeowners are no longer
appreciating the view they once
bought.
In this new luxury real estate series, we
help homeowners around North
America find their dream property with
a drool-worthy view. From penthouses,
to cabins in the woods, to family
homes perched upon a cliff, the viewer
will follow the future home owners
journey in search of luxurious views
and breathtaking homes.
THE SHOW IN BRIEF
In each half hour episode of this brand
new property format, we focus on one
realtor and one buyer on the hunt for the
perfect property with a view.
The Realtors: Across the series we will
feature a rotating cast of in the know
realtors. These realtors will carry the show,
acting as both the host of the episode and
the real estate expert.
The Buyers: We are looking for buyers
with larger-than life personalities, know
exactly what they want and will do
anything to get it. In addition to a view,
they also have a long-list of “must haves”
for their future property and they are
looking to be wowed!
THE BREAKDOWN
We are going to begin filming the series
in mid-May and will film throughout the
summer. Each realtor will show their buyer
three properties over the course of a
week, preferably properties they have not
seen before.
Our Producers will work alongside the
Realtors to figure out the best properties
to show the buyers.
Each episode will take approximately
five days to film:
Day One: Bio Pack with Buyers and
Realtor
Day Two: Property #1 tour
Day Three: Property #2 tour
Day Four: Property #3 tour
Day Five: Home selection and closing
CASTING
If you have a buyer or buyers that you think would be great for the show,
please email our Producers at [email protected] with:
•  A photo of the buyer(s)
•  Their “must-haves” list and budget
•  What type of view/property they are looking for (i.e. oceanfront, cabin,
penthouse)
•  Reason for moving
Our producers will then co-ordinate a time to Skype with the buyers to find
more information about them and answer any questions about the show.
