Following a review of WWU’s approach, Rhiannon developed
a robust, comprehensive and up to date engagement strategy
that ensures a broad and inclusive range of stakeholders
are involved prior to and during the project lifecycle. She
also developed and implemented a weekly progress update
process, which allows for issues to be raised and solutions to
be jointly agreed as the project is ongoing. Rhiannon’s method
has seen superb results with the pilot project being completed
ahead of time with zero complaints, two commendations and
outstanding feedback from customers.
