DEFINITIONS
Approved Payment: Those methods of payment approved
by the RewardsPlus program in its sole discretion from
time to time and includes cash, credit cards, where accepted
EFTPOS payments and Gift Cards (being redeemed) and
RewardVouchers
Cardholder: A member of the RewardsPlus program
Cardholder Account: This account shows the cardholders
points balance, purchase history and can be accessed online.
Customer: Customer of a participating Terry White Chemists
(TWC) pharmacy
Card number: 14 digit number located on the card
Enrolment Form: Paper application form for customer
without an email address or mobile number
Instant Prize Voucher: A voucher that is printed on the
receipt that entitles the holder to an Instant Prize
Member Number: The number of the RewardsPlus card
Reward Level: Threshold where enough points have been
accumulated to receive a Reward Voucher
RewardsPlus Card: Membership card of the RewardsPlus
Program
Reward Voucher: $3 voucher for every 100 points collected
Qualifying Purchases: Include all non-dispensary items,
account sales and lay-bys paid in full and excludes
dispensary items, gift card purchases, payments received
on behalf of third parties and payments received for
Government subsidised services.
RewardsPlus Helpdesk: The call centre for RewardsPlus
customer queries
RewardsPlus Point(s): Points earned by members of the
RewardsPlus program
Special Offer Voucher: Vouchers supplied with a product,
prize or special offer.
Terry White Management (TWM): Owner of the
RewardsPlus program
Terry White Chemists (TWC): Participating Terry White
Chemists pharmacies in their own right as collecting
organisations and as agents of TWM that collect personal
information and other relevant data from Customers for the
RewardsPlus program.
Voucher: These include Rewards Vouchers, Instant wins,
Special Offer Vouchers and any other Promotions that Terry
White Chemists issue to the Cardholder.
INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions form the basis of the Terry
White Chemists RewardsPlus program and govern the use
of the RewardsPlus Card by customers who have applied for
and been issued with a RewardsPlus Card (“Cardholder”).
Information on how to Enrol, the Enrolment Form and
General Terms and Conditions for Participation, and any
terms and conditions printed on the Reward Vouchers
and Instant Prize Vouchers, form part of these terms and
conditions.
1. CARDHOLDERS
1.1 Terry White Chemists customers who wish to apply
for a RewardsPlus Card, must apply in-store and activate
membership on-line. Customers must supply their email or
mobile phone number. Customers without an email address
or mobile number can also join the program in-store at
any participating Terry White Chemists by completing an
Enrolment Form and handing the completed and signed
Application Form to a staff member, and in doing so they
agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Only
individuals over 18 years old and Australian residents
may be Cardholders, and may hold only one RewardsPlus
Card at any one time. Enrolment Forms submitted for a
RewardsPlus Card to be registered under the names of two
or more individuals or by corporations will not be accepted.
A Cardholder must notify the RewardsPlus Helpdesk as soon
as possible, any update of the Cardholder’s email, address or
phone number(s);
1.2 TWM may reject or refuse any RewardsPlus member
application at its discretion.
1.3 TWM may cancel any RewardsPlus Card at any time
without notice and for any reason, including (without
limitation) if the Cardholder: fails to comply with these

terms and conditions; supplies any misleading information
or makes misrepresentations to TWM, any Participating
Terry White Chemists, or any RewardsPlus Provider; dies
or becomes bankrupt; fails to comply with the terms on
which any Reward or Instant Prize is offered; or abuses any
privilege accorded to a Cardholder.
1.4 A Cardholder may terminate or cancel the RewardsPlus
Card at any time by calling the RewardsPlus Helpdesk or
visiting www.terrywhitechemists.com.au/rewardsplus.
2. THE REWARDSPLUS CARD
2.1 The RewardsPlus Card is and remains the property
of TWM and cannot be transferred or assigned by a
Cardholder. If a RewardsPlus Card is lost or stolen, the
Cardholder may apply for a new RewardsPlus Card by
visiting a participating Terry White Chemists or by calling
the RewardsPlus Helpdesk. RewardsPlus Points can only
be adjusted or credited by the RewardsPlus Helpdesk. Any
points balance on the lost or stolen Card will be transferred
to the Cardholder’s new RewardsPlus Card as displayed on
the RewardsPlus database, provided the person requesting
the new RewardsPlus Card can be identified as the original
Cardholder.
2.2 A Cardholder may obtain a replacement Card by
returning the damaged Card to a Participating Terry White
Chemists and requesting a replacement. Any points on the
damaged card will be transferred to the new RewardsPlus
Card in store.
2.3 Terry White Chemists may charge the Cardholder a
reasonable fee for any replacement RewardsPlus Card
issued to a Cardholder to cover administration and handling.
2.4 If a Cardholder does not make a transaction for a period
of 12 months, the Cardholder forfeits any existing points
on the RewardsPlus Card. All points on RewardsPlus Card
expire after 12 months after issue date.

4.4 Reward Vouchers are treated as cash and if lost or
stolen cannot be re-issued.
4.5 If a refund of a purchase made wholly or in part with
a Reward Voucher/s is made (in line with Terry White
Chemists store refund policy), the Reward voucher will be
reissued as cash.
4.6 TWM may, at any time and in its sole discretion, and
without prior notice to Cardholders, withdraw, limit, modify,
cancel or increase the continued availability of a Reward
or the number of RewardsPlus Points required to obtain a
Reward Voucher for a particular Reward.
5. INSTANT PRIZES / SUPPLIER PROMOTIONS
5.1 TWM works with a range of Suppliers to deliver the
RewardsPlus Program.
5.2 Cardholders may be eligible to receive special offers
from TWM and their associated suppliers. Offers will be
printed on the sales receipt when card holders swipe their
card and/ or quote their email address or mobile number (if
supplied) during a qualifying sale in pharmacy.
5.3 Special Offer Vouchers, Instant Prize Vouchers and the
conditions around these are printed on the Voucher. These
are located at the bottom of your Sales Receipt

the current prizes to be awarded are available at www.

Participating Terry White Chemists.
5.5 Instant Prize Vouchers have no cash or monetary value
and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt
with except in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.5 Cardholders who have not activated and used their
card for a period of 12 months, may be removed from the
RewardsPlus Program.
5.6 Instant prizes are subject to availability at the
participating Terry White Chemists or partners nominated
for redemption.
3. EARNING REWARDSPLUS POINTS
5.7 TWM reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes
of equal or greater value.
3.1 A Cardholder will earn one (1) point (“RewardsPlus
Point”) for every $1 spent at Participating Terry White
Chemists on Qualifying Purchases. Points can be accrued
on discounted items. All purchases must be made using
Approved Payment Means. To obtain RewardsPlus Points,
the Cardholder must present the RewardsPlus Card at time
of purchase or specify a valid email or mobile number linked
to a Cardholder account at time of purchase. RewardsPlus
Points will be recorded via the RewardsPlus Card and stored
on the Cardholder’s account held by TWM.
3.2 Qualifying Purchases. Points will be rewarded when
cardholder uses the Gift card as a form of payment during
a transaction.
3.3 Corporate account holders are not eligible to earn
RewardsPlus Points.
3.4 RewardsPlus Points have no cash or monetary value
and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt
with except in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3.5 TWM is not liable for any technical or other error or
failure which results in RewardsPlus Points not being
recorded on a RewardsPlus Card.
3.6 The Cardholder’s sales receipt will display the
RewardsPlus Points earned for the current Qualifying
Purchase made, points balance, points till next reward,
eligible voucher and voucher code. It is the Cardholder’s
responsibility to ensure the RewardsPlus Points displayed
on the sales docket are correct.
4. RECEIVING A REWARD VOUCHER BASED ON
REWARDSPLUS POINTS
4.1 A Cardholder who has accumulated sufficient
RewardsPlus Points to reach a Reward Level will, on
presentation of the RewardsPlus Card or email/mobile
number during a transaction at a Participating Terry White
Chemists receive a $3 Reward Voucher for every 100 points
earned. Rewards Vouchers are valid up until the expiry date
printed on the voucher.
4.2 A Cardholder cannot combine the RewardsPlus Points
from more than one RewardsPlus Card in order to receive a
Reward Voucher. Once a Reward Voucher has been printed
the Voucher cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
4.3 Any Participating Terry White Chemists shall be entitled
to assume, on presentation of a RewardsPlus Card or email
6. CLAIMING A REWARD OR INSTANT PRIZE
6.1 A Reward Voucher or Instant Prize Voucher must be
redeemed by the Cardholder before the expiry date printed
on the Voucher. The minimum spend when using the
Rewards Voucher is equivalent to the Voucher amount e.g.
spend $3 to redeem the $3 Voucher..
6.2 Rewards Vouchers cannot be not used to pay for
dispensary items, gift cards, laybys, account balances,
shipping or sub agents or for payments to be made to third
parties or for payments for Government subsidised services.
Rewards Vouchers can only be redeemed on the next
purchase not on current purchases. Special Offer Vouchers
cannot be applied to laybys but can be applied to accounts.
Vouchers can only be redeemed on the next purchase not
the current purchase. A maximum of 10 loyalty coupons
can be redeemed per transaction. These include Rewards
Vouchers, Instant wins, Special Offer Vouchers and any
other Promotions that TWM issue to the Cardholder.
6.3 Any TWC staff member is entitled to assume, on
presentation of a Reward Voucher or Instant Prize Voucher,
that the presenter is either the Cardholder, or has the
permission of the Cardholder, and is entitled to request and
receive the Reward or Instant Prize. The Reward Provider
may carry out a verification process before providing the
bearer of the Reward Voucher or Instant Prize Voucher,
including without limitation, requesting some form of
identification from the bearer.
6.4 The provision of any Voucher is subject to the terms
and conditions outlined by TWM & Terry White Chemists
An expired, illegible, altered or damaged Voucher will not be
honoured.
6.5 TWM & TWC and associated parties are not responsible
for any lost or stolen Vouchers and will not be required to
replace the Voucher in such instances. Rewards and Instant
Prizes are non-transferable by the Cardholder.
7. VARIATION OR CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
7.1 TWM reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions,
or suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time without
prior notice.
7.2 Without limiting clause 7.1, TWM may at any time at its
absolute discretion and without notice, cancel RewardsPlus
Points, introduce an expiry date for use of RewardsPlus
Terry White Chemists®
Points credited to a RewardsPlus Card, or make any other
change which has the effect of changing RewardsPlus Points
credited to or may be credited to a RewardsPlus Card.
7.3 Without limiting clause 7.1, TWM may at any time at its
absolute discretion and without notice modify or otherwise
change which goods or services are Qualifying Purchases,
the number of RewardsPlus Points that will be recorded
on a RewardsPlus Card and into a Cardholder’s Account for
purchases of Qualifying Purchases, what payment means
are Approved Payment Means for earning RewardsPlus
Points, which Terry White Chemists will be Participating
Terry White Chemists, and which companies and businesses
will be Reward Providers.
7.4 If TWM terminates the RewardsPlus program, any
Reward Plus Points remaining on any RewardsPlus Card
will be cancelled and TWM shall have no liability to any
Cardholder.
7.5 TWM may endeavour to advise Cardholders of altered or
new conditions regarding the program via the RewardsPlus
website, but TWM will not be liable for any failure to do so.
8.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 All conditions and warranties, whether express or
implied and whether arising under statute or otherwise,
as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety
of any goods or services supplied under the Program are
expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any
liability TWM may have to a Cardholder in respect of such
goods or services which cannot be excluded is limited, where
permitted, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the
goods or services again.
8.2 TWM are not liable for: any delay in issuing or replacing
a RewardsPlus Card; any use of a RewardsPlus Card by a
person other than the Cardholder and any benefits derived
from the use of the RewardsPlus Card by that other person
(such as the receipt of a Reward or Instant Prize); any
failure of a Cardholder to offer the RewardsPlus Card or
email/ mobile number at the time of making an Approved
Purchase; any delay, failure or inability to accurately record
the details of any transaction or credit RewardsPlus Points
to a RewardsPlus Card; any loss or theft of or damage to a
RewardsPlus Card, a Reward Voucher, a Reward, an Instant
Prize Voucher or Instant Prize; any death, injury or loss
(including consequential loss) arising from the supply of a
Reward Voucher, Reward, Instant Prize Voucher or Instant
Prize or from the loss, theft or destruction of a Reward
Voucher, Reward, Instant Prize Voucher or Instant Prize;
any Reward or Instant Prize not being made available or
supplied for any reason; any correspondence between
TWM and the Cardholder lost or delayed in the mail; the
suspension or termination of the Promotion; any disruption
to the Promotion or any delay or inability to provide any
Reward Voucher, Reward, Instant Prize Voucher or Instant
Prize caused by circumstances beyond the control of TWM.
8.3 The benefit of any exclusion or limitation of liability
in these terms and conditions also applies to any Reward
Provider. Reward Providers do not have any authority,
express or implied, to make any representation, warranty or
statement on behalf of TWM and TWM accepts no liability in
respect of such representations, warranties or statements.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
9.1 Your Privacy
TWM respects your rights to privacy under the Privacy Act
1988 (Cth) and is required to comply with the Australian
Privacy Principles in respect of the collection of personal
information from individuals, as are Participating Terry
White Chemists to which the Privacy Act applies. TWM is
not responsible for and accepts no obligation or liability
for compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles by
Participating Terry White Chemists.
9.2 How does Terry White Chemists collect and hold
personal information?
Customers apply to become a Cardholder either online or
in store. You consent to TWM or Participating Terry White
Chemists collecting those details provided within the
application and upon activation. You also consent to TWM
collecting details of a Cardholders’ use of their card and in
particular the items that are purchased.
9.3 What information do we collect?
The personal information collected by the Program includes
your email address, mobile phone number and a list of all
products purchased including dispensary items. It is optional

for you to provide either us or Participating Terry White
Chemists with any additional personal information when
enrolling for the RewardsPlus Program or when activating
your card.
9.4 Who uses and how is your personal information used?
How can I join?
It’s quick and easy! Terry White Chemists customers who
wish to apply for a RewardsPlus Card must apply in-store.
Simply provide an email or mobile number and start earning
points immediately.
We collect your personal information including your name,
phone and email address plus details of your purchases to
properly conduct the RewardsPlus Program. We may also
use your information to provide further offers. By applying
in store you authorise that particular Participating Terry
White Chemists to use the personal information provided
within the application process for purposes related to the
RewardsPlus Program or to provide further offers.
Can I join if I don’t have an email address or mobile
number?
9.5 Where is my information stored?
Once you have accumulated sufficient RewardsPlus Points,
simply present your RewardsPlus card or email/ mobile
number during a transaction at a participating Terry White
Chemists store and receive a $3 Rewards voucher for every
100 points earned. Rewards Vouchers are valid up until the
expiry date printed on the voucher.
We utilise the services of Visible Results Australia Pty Ltd
ABN 98 085 056 284 to store your personal information in
order for Visible Results to perform the role for which it
has been engaged. Visible Results are required to comply
with the standards set out in the Privacy Act and has its
own Privacy Policy and will not use or disclose any personal
information for any purpose other than to provide the
services for which they have been engaged.
9.6 Security
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure
any personal information which we hold about you, and to
keep this information accurate and up to date.
However, as the internet is not a secure environment your
information that you send to us via that method is sent at
your own risk. The Terry White Chemists website is a secure
and controlled environment whilst you are logged into your
Account.
Your information is stored on secure servers that
are protected in controlled facilities. In addition, our
employees and data processors are obliged to respect the
confidentiality of personal information held by Terry White
Chemists. However, Terry White Chemists will not be held
liable for events arising from unauthorised access to your
personal information.
9.7 How can I access and/or change my information?
It is important that you keep your personal information up
to date. If you want to access or amend your information
you can do so by notifying the RewardsPlus Helpdesk on

9.8 How do I ‘opt out’?
If at any time you no longer wish to be a RewardsPlus

transferred to your card. You can apply for a replacement
card by returning the damaged Card to a Participating Terry

on the damaged card will be transferred to your new card

What If I forget my card in-store?
No card – no problem! You don’t need to show your card to
earn points. Simply provide your email address or mobile
number in-store to earn points. If you have earned a $3

9.9 What happens to my personal information if I am no
longer a RewardsPlus Cardholder?
NEWS AND OFFERS
If you are no longer a Cardholder we are required by law
to destroy all of your personal information relating to
your RewardsPlus membership. Your information will be
deidentified and securely destroyed.

9.10 How do I make a complaint?

10. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
10.1 Any question or dispute regarding the Program or
which arises in connection with a RewardsPlus Cardholder’s
participation in the Program, will be resolved by TWM in its
sole discretion.

How do I earn RewardsPlus points?
It’s easy to earn points. Collect 1 point for every $1 spent.
You are rewarded with a $3 voucher every time you
reach 100 points instantly! Includes promotional and all

purchases, non-final layby payments and licensed agency
