HOW TO ENTER: This sweepstakes is open to all eligible registrants of the Sylvan monthly e-newsletter. If you have not yet registered, you may do so at SylvanPagePerDay.com from 12:01 A.M. (EST) on May 1, 2012, through 11:59 P.M. (EST) on September 15, 2012. You must register within this period to be eligible for entry. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. II. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and Quebec), who are at least 18 years of age on May 1, 2012. Noncompliance within that time period or failure to make contact with the winner for any reason within three (3) business days of notification will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. If the potential winner selected is a Canadian resident, s/he must, unaided, correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.
