Fruit Punch Cold Chocolate Peppermint Mulled Wine

Fruit Punch
A delicious,

punch.
Perfect for
big parties
where
guests can
help
themselves
Cold Chocolate
Peppermint
A creamy indulgent drink
and with a peppermint kick
Ingredients:
600ml orange juice
600ml apple juice
150ml water
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon mixed spice
1 apple thinly sliced to decorate
Ingredients:
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
1 cup cold milk
Dash of peppermint extract
Chocolate powder
Peppermint candy cane
Method:
Place first 3 ingredients and spices
in a saucepan and bring gently to
the boil. Simmer the mixture for 5
minutes. Pour the punch into a
large bowl
Method:
Blend the ice cream, milk and
peppermint extract in a blender at
medium speed until smooth and
creamy. Pour into a tall glass
Before serving:
Float the apple slices on top
Before serving:
Sprinkle the top with chocolate
powder and add a candy cane
Mulled Wine
A nonalcoholic
version of
the
traditional
Christmas
classic.
Simple and
quick to
make
Ingredients:
375ml cranberry or red grape juice
375ml orange juice
1 large orange, halved & sliced
1 cinnamon stick
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Method:
Put everything into a pan and heat
for 5 to 10 minutes until liquid is
hot, but not boiling. Serve straight
away
Before Serving:
Pour into glasses and decorate with
a few pieces of orange and a
cinnamon stick in each glass.
