Flush Thru
Flush Thru Liquid Cleaner is a ready to use, biodegradable liquid
cleaner designed to cleanse pump and nozzles of line marking machines. Main
benefits are:
• Biodegradable.
• Ideal for use with most line marking paints.
• Prolongs the life of your sprayer.
How to use:
Allow cleaner to run through the sprayer for a few seconds. Leave to stand for
approximately 5 minutes. Finally, flush through with clean water for approximately 1 minute
Nozzles & Filters:
Flush Thru to cover and leave to soak for a few minutes. Flush with water when
removed.

The Paint
Impact Eco is the most advanced, ready-to-use, line marking paint
formulation that raises the standard of sports field line marking. No
mixing, measuring or dilution of the paint is required.
The Machine
An advanced spray marking machine, offering speed and flexibility
of application.
The Eco Pro machine provides a high pressure delivery of Impact Eco
paint to the target surface to produce consistent, bright lines every
time.
Sophisticated in design, yet simple to operate. It is straightforward to
maintain and has many advanced features such as a high pressure
pump, pre-drilled disc spacers and removable paint pod. The battery
can be easily removed and charged away from the machine if required.
The Eco Pro is a dual purpose spray machine. It can be used to apply
ready-to-use Impact Eco paint direct from its container. It can also be
quickly converted into a dilutable spraying machine. A special pod has
been designed that simply drops onto the existing tray. The probe then
screws into the pod and the paint is then ready for spraying.
The Eco Pro can hold two 10 litre paint containers. This could allow the
operator to over-mark up to 20 standard sized football (soccer) fields
without returning to a central base. In the case of a conventional
machine applying dilutable paints, the operator may need to return up
to ten times for re-filling and mixing and would need to have an
available water supply.
Water is an increasingly precious commodity. Unlike dilutable paints,
the outstanding benefit of using Impact Eco is that no water is
required for mixing as the paint is applied directly from the container.
Impact Eco is a highly micronised formulation of titanium dioxide
combined with special binders, providing unequalled coverage of the
target surface, allowing the operator to over-mark a standard size
football (soccer) field from as little as 1 litre of paint.
The fine atomisation of the spray droplets

pigmentation attributes provide a bright,
white reflective surface increasing in visual
intensity as the paint dries to give an
exceptional line.
In addition, the formulation offers a high
level of rain fastness that is durable under
a wide range of climatic and ground conditions.

Impact Eco liquid paint comes in a 10 litre plastic container
(all colours) or a 10 litre bag in a box container (white only).
The 10 litre packaging minimises any health and safety issues
surrounding heavy lifting. The square 10 litre plastic container has a
top handle and is very easy to move around and store – it is also made
from recyclable plastic. The square 10 litre bag-in-a-box has a
cardboard outer with built in carry handles that is fully recyclable and
can be disposed of in standard recycling bins. The heavy duty plastic
bladder (inner) is a very strong material that can be disposed of in
standard refuse. Both packaging options allow the paint to be applied
direct to the target surface with no mixing, pouring or water needed.
