THE ST. REGIS PRINCEVILLE RESORT UNVEILS
TRINA TURK DESIGNER CABANA
The St. Regis Princeville Resort is delighted to have partnered with celebrated California fashion and residential
products designer and CEO, Trina Turk to create an exclusive beach cabana at the beloved resort. Trina Turk is
lending her signature sophisticated beach style to the island of Kaua’i, as the designer has collaborated with The
St. Regis Princeville Resort to create a beachside cabana draped in her colorful and vivacious Trina Turk
Indoor/Outdoor for Schumacher fabrics. Reflecting the lush tropical seaside spirit of Hawaii, Trina’s cabana
fabrics are drawn from her printed indoor/outdoor collection for venerable home furnishings manufacturer
Schumacher. The Trina Turk Designer Cabana is the only one of its kind, and marks Trina’s first partnership
with a resort.
“The St. Regis Princeville Resort is thrilled to partner with Trina Turk to offer this elegant and stylish
experience for our guests to enjoy while comfortably lounging poolside under the Hawaiian sun” commented
Milton Sgarbi, General Manager. “Trina Turk was the ideal partner for this collaboration, we have long admired
her style and her aesthetic and so it provides a perfect match for that of the resort. We are delighted to provide
this amenity exclusively to our guests.”
“The breathtaking natural beauty of Kaua‘i and The St. Regis Princeville Resort were a great inspiration,” stated
Trina Turk. “The vivid colors of the Pacific ocean, the majestic Napali coast and silhouettes of the island’s
natural beauty serve as a remarkable setting for the cabana and the sophisticated resort chic look that is the
Trina Turk trademark.”

Known for her lively California-style patterns, designer Trina Turk counts everyone from Eva Longoria and
Leighton Meester, to Cindy Crawford and Taylor Swift as fans. With boutiques spanning across the country
from East Hampton to Palm Springs, Trina can now leave her footprint in the Hawaiian sand with the exclusive
Trina Turk Designer Cabana at The St. Regis Princeville Resort. The cabana reflects Trina’s love of color and
print combined with elements from the natural atmosphere of Kaua’i that surrounds the luxurious resort. The
uniquely designed Trina Turk Indoor/Outdoor for Schumacher fabrics incorporate the striking azure and deep
royal blue colors of the Pacific Ocean and sunny golden ochre hues with the resort-centric patterns of Trina’s
classic look. Located between the beach and the spectacular infinity pool, guests can take in the remarkable
views spanning the Napali coast and Hanalei Bay while reclining on the chaise lounge, and keeping cool under
the breeze of the ceiling fan and with iced cold beverages from the mini-fridge including champagne and
bottled water. The chaise lounge is accented by lush throw pillows in matching graphic patterns, as well as side
tables, all situated under the cabana drapery.
Furthermore, the cabana is complete with personalized amenities curated by Trina Turk herself, and exclusive
only to guests who reserve the designer cabana. These amenities include an iPad pre-loaded with Trina’s
favorite magazines, games, applications and websites; as well as access to a special Trina Turk-inspired cocktail
and lunch menu to enjoy while lounging poolside. Fun retro board games for children and adults alike are also
available. Foot and hand massages from a Halele’a Spa technician are additionally offered at a supplementary
cost.
Couples can also reserve the Trina Turk Designer Cabana for romantic beachside dinners. The special dinners
will feature a table dressed with a signature, colorful Trina Turk tablecloth, elegant white china, sparkling
glassware and azure ceramic hurricane lamps, all of which have been handpicked by Trina herself. Candlelit,
beautifully styled, and set against an unparalleled view of Hanalei Bay, a romantic dinner enjoyed in the Trina
Turk Designer Cabana is an unforgettable and not to be missed experience for couples staying at the resort.
Situated on one of the most beautiful sites in the world, The St. Regis Princeville Resort re-opened in
September 2009 following a multi-million dollar renovation. Elegantly appointed, it offers 251 guest rooms
including the exclusive Crown Suite Collection and famed St. Regis Butler service. Enjoy four remarkable
