Could you help us? 4 We would like to participate in the call JUSTJCOO-CIVI-AG-2016. In the past the we applied through PRIAMOS (of course for other calls of DG Justice). Now the procedure is different but we are still missing the ˝call for proposals JUST- Please find all documents under the 'Topic conditions and documents' following the link you mentioned in your email. The guide for applicants is indeed from 9 September 2016. 3 JCOO-CIVI-AG-2016˝ with all info – classic guidelines (we found such guidelines for last call JUST/2015/-JCOO/AG/CIVI) . We are searching for such document on the web (http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/po rtal/desktop/en/opportunities/just/topics/justjcoo-civi-ag-2016.html ) but we cannot find it. We also looking for Guide for applicants from 12 September 2016 08:14 (A new version of the Guide for Applicants is available under the Topic conditions and documents.) but we cannot find it. We found the guidelines from (9 September 2016). 5 > From the website I get the impression that this is the second "go-around" of the following call: You have spotted it well. It is very similar to the call in 2015 and 2014. If you visit our DG JUST website, we have published all info on 2014 call and its results there: http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/por http://ec.europa.eu/justice/grants1/calls/just_2014_jco tal/desktop/en/opportunities/just/topics/just- o_ag_en.htm The 2015 call was moved to the new IT 2015-jcoo-ag-civi.html environment and the results of the call are still to be published. We shall do it soon. Is that correct? Are there other previous and/or current calls that you would consider "similar" to this one? Is there information available somewhere on projects that were previously funded under this or similar schemes, so that I can form an impression of what these projects usually look like, what they do, and how they are structured and organized? 6 Dear Sirs, I can´t find this "A new version of the Guide for Applicants is available under the Topic conditions and documents.” May you please kindly send it to me? I am interested in this: Action grants to support national and transnational projects to foster judicial cooperation in civil matters Please find all documents under the 'Topic conditions and documents' following the link you mentioned in your email. You can apply with two different projects. Can you please confirm it to us and also where we can find this information please? 8 While before we had the actual document of All this information is in the Guide for Applicants: the call with all required and needed http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/data/ref/other information included, now it seems that we _eu_prog/common/just-rec-guide-applicants_en.pdf have to go and search for information in different documents and we had to ask you because we did not manage to find the answer ourselves, even though we did present many projects before under DG justice calls. Moreover we would like to know if possible what are the documents requested to be presented under the above mentioned call (legal identity? declaration of partners and applicant? statute of the applicant? registration document and annual report? etc...) I think I meanwhile managed to understand most of the requirements but one question remains: apart from the rather small amount of information requested in the On the Participants Portal, on our call's site, you can make use of a guide-template when preparing your project budget. However, it is not an obligatory part of your application this year. Please follow this link: http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/data/ref/other _eu_prog/common/just-rec-guide-budget-tpl_en.xls 5 Administrative Form, I am unable to find a template for the budget. Or do you have something similar to a national contact point? 14 In the ECAS portal, only the following documents were available: We don’t have such database, and we have no national contact points. However, if you are interested in the previously funded projects (award decision contains also the names of the applicant and the partners, and summaries of the selected proposals), please find these here: http://ec.europa.eu/justice/grants1/calls/just_2014_jco o_ag_en.htm The obligatory documents to submit are the following: Detailed budget template to facilitate the planning of your project Standard proposal template Legal basis indicators Part A – submission form (or application form) Part B – project description and implementation Annex 1 – CVs Annex 2 –Annual Activity Report Annex 3 – Legal basis indicators I would be grateful if you could confirm that we only have to fill in these documents. How long does it usually take until a beneficiary who has submitted a proposal gets a feedback about the evaluation respectively if a grant is awarded? 3. Is there a penalty system in place in case a novice beneficiary submits a first proposal that does not meet the required standards? 17 Our upcoming project fits perfectly under under the above mentioned call so we want to and we will finally be able to submit a proposal that will meet highest standards. The great challenge is the remaining time till deadline. Usually we publish one call per year in the judicial cooperation in civil matters. Next call for 2017 will be announced sometimes in March. We are preparing the planning for the next year now. Alternatively we checked the Justice Program website to find out if there will be another call covering the topic of mediation in 2017. But so far there are no upcoming calls indicated at all. So our default plan is to search the site regularly to check if new calls are upcoming. Could you give me an indication within what timeframes or rhythms calls usually are announced? 8
