Lodging and Meals Reservations
A limited number of rooms can be had at the Hanover Inn, a deluxe hotel on campus for $97 per
night, first come, first served. For those staying at the Inn the Dining Plan is optional though
highly recommended.

We have reserved rooms in the newest Dartmouth dormitories — McLane Hall and Fahey Hall.
The buildings are fully air conditioned and include single and double rooms. Bathrooms are not
en-suite, but ample shower rooms, toilets and lavatories are supplied separately on each floor.
Each floor also includes comfortable lounges and kitchen areas; there is even a grand piano.
These accommodations cost $47 per night and along with them you must purchase a declining
balance meal plan from Dartmouth Dining Services. DDS offers nine different dining venues,
including kosher/halal and vegetarian options. A $72 card will buy you four breakfasts, three
lunches, and 2 dinners. Other meals will be arranged specifically for the conference.
