day entertainment including a Beer and
Cider Festival supported by a Hog Roast
and BBQ. Admission will once again be

THE Rock Doctors were the star attraction at a
party in the Highwayman Hotel in Kidlington
on Sunday night. Funds from the party – £180
so far – were raised for Kidlington Girl Guides,
which encourages girls to get involved in anything from adventure sports to performing arts
and travel. Landlord Nick Duval said: “We had
more than 500 people attend during the day
and we haven’t got a drop of beer left. It was a
special day and the people loved it and are
asking us when we going to do it again.”
