Body Reboot: Week 1 “Clean-Tox” Drinks
These drinks not only fill your stomach with few calories, they also flush/ neutralize
damaging particles that do everything from cause bloat and puffiness to create long
term damage like cell damage. This is especially important because body fat

Mixed Citrus Ginger Flush
Serves 6, eight ounce glasses
Ingredients:
1/2 lemon squeezed, (approximately 1.5 tablespoon lemon juice), and one slice to
garnish
1 tangerine, 1/2 squeezed and one slice for garnish
1 Tbsp ginger root, freshly grated
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
48 ounces water
Directions: Fill a large pitcher with 48 ounces cold water. Squeeze the tangerine
and lemon into the water. Add ginger and turmeric and stir. Add ice. Chill for at least
15 minutes to allow all flavors to mingle. Add lemon and tangerine for garnish. Make

sure you stir the drink after refrigeration so that you get the benefit of every

Spicy Lemon Metabolism Booster

This Supercharge Booster is sure to wake you up with its spicy kick. It’s the perfect
drink if you’re feeling sluggish, bloated, and fatigued or if you have an insatiable
appetite as it will help to cut it. Lemon combined with water provides the powerful
one-two punch of potassium and water to quickly remove bloating culprits and
restore normal hydration status, swiftly flushing bloat and toxins out of the body.
Cayenne pepper adds a kick while lighting a fire within your metabolism and even
possibly improving the overall appearance of your skin by increasing blood flow to
the skin and nourishing it with antioxidants like Vitamin C and Vitamin E which
increase the health of the skin. This spicy version of “lemonade” can be included
daily.

Ingredients:

We find this so refreshing and thirst-quenching that we keep wanting to drink
more and more–and in the meantime, it works its’ magic– flushes bloat and
toxins–and it squashes sweet cravings before they can get a hold of ya! 😉

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 organic lemon, sliced
1 orange, sliced
1 medium cucumber, sliced

8-9 mint leaves
6 cups water (48 ounces)
2-4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, optional
Directions:
In a pitcher or a large mason jar drinking glass, add the fruit slices, cucumber and
mint. Poor in water and vinegar if using. Chill for several hours. You can refresh
with water several times before tossing the the fruit out.
