NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the
requirements of the Litter Pollution Acts 1997-2003
that Waterford City & County Council has prepared
a Draft Replacement Litter Management Plan.
The Draft Replacement Litter Management Plan
2016-2019 is available on the internet at
www.waterfordcouncil.ie and at the following
locations during normal opening hours:
• Waterford City & County Council Customer
Services Desk, Baileys New Street, Waterford
• Waterford City & County Council Customer
Services Desk, Civic Offices, Dungarvan.

Your feedback is important to this process and we look

by Waterford City & County Council before the final
adoption of the Replacement Litter Management Plan
2016-2019.
