Why is it important that Luke said they were together? Jesus told the disciples to wait
together and pray. Why is prayer essential in preparation for being used by God?

What does the ability to speak in other languages say about the Holy Spirit and the mission of
God?

What conclusion do they come to as the reason for all of this happening?

What does this say about the people?
5.
What preconceived notions do people have that can be barriers to proclaiming the Gospel

When is a time that someone had a preconceived idea about who you are and what your
motives are as a Christian? How did you respond?

this say about the way we view the power of God’s word?
