Spartan Soccer Camp ‘Just f or Girls’
Pleasant Valley HS and JH Elite Camp Grades 7-12
This camp is geared towards players focusing on and preparing to make the Varsity as well as
Fresh/Soph teams in years ahead. Sessions will be tiered by ability, level of improvement and
commitment, and coachability. This is meant to be a high level camp for those who are capable
and prepared to play at the Varsity level now and in the future. The first part is aimed at smallersided games to develop certain skill-set and topics, such as playing out of the back or playing with
back to goal. The second part consists of playing more game-related scenarios, such as playing a
goal down or playing in a 4-3-3. In other words, we try to finish every session with 11v11 or 9v9
games to large goals under very specific demands.

Future Spartans ID Camp Grades 5-8
Aimed at providing those Future Spartans ages 10-14 with the opportunity to get identified early
by PV Girls’ HS staff. Campers will be exposed to PVHS Girls’ Varsity training methods, approach,
and philosophy. First 45 minutes is geared towards a particular topic. Last 45 minutes are spent
on small-sided to large 11v11 sided scrimmages.

Rarely some players may be asked to switch camps due to their ability level.
