Nova Southeastern University Faculty/Administrator Positions
Nova Southeastern University (NSU) invites applications for multiple faculty/administrator positions in the
newly founded College of Engineering and Computing (CEC). Some positions can start as early as in
January 2017. CEC is particularly interested in candidates with strengths in engineering with focuses on
bioengineering (biomedical or biomaterials engineering) or industrial and system engineering. Candidates
with interests and background in interdisciplinary disciplines with relevance to sustainability engineering
and technology, computational engineering and life sciences are strongly encouraged to apply for the
following positions*:
Assistant/Associate Professors, Department Chair of Engineering and Technology, Associate Dean for
Academic Affairs, and Associate Dean for Research and Outreach.
RANK & SALARY:
Rank and salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND COMPUTING:
The newly formed College Engineering and Computing brings together 150 students in the four
undergraduate programs with about 1,000 graduate students from previous colleges and programs on
the NSU Campus into three new departments: The Department of Engineering and Technology, the
Department of Computer Science, and the Department of Information Systems and Cybersecurity.
The College offers Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems, and Information Assurance;
M.S. Degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science and Information Security; and B.S. degrees
in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, and the new inaugurated General
