Taste of Italy comes to Kelowna on November 18th and November 19th , 2011
Kelowna Canadian Italian Club is celebrating its 45 years of preserving the Italian
heritage and traditions in Kelowna.
We invite you to attend our two day celebration with festivities on Friday, November
18th and our 45th Anniversary Gala Dinner on Saturday, November 19th.
This two day extravaganza will feature:
Friday, November 18th, Reception at the Parkinson Recreation Centre, features:
• Wine tasting - featuring some of Italy’s finest wines
• Italian market square featuring delicacies from local Italian merchants, with
sampling of Italian culinary delights
Saturday, November 19th, Gala Dinner at the Parkinson Recreation Centre:
Help us celebrate and recognize, 45 years of dedication, achievement and giving to
the community, with the following:
• Keynote speaker - TBA
• Exquisite food will be prepared by Celebrity Chef, Giuseppe Mazzochi, from
Tuscany, Italy, who will also be giving cooking demonstrations at the event. In
addition, he and his assistant will be holding cooking classes at the Clubhouse,
during the week, for a small fee
• Premium Italian wines paired perfectly to the meal
• Espresso Bar and Italian Dessert
• Dance the night away with music from Salvatore Panetta Band, a live six piece
band from Toronto.
