Denominator: Number of pediatric inpatient and outpatient single phase and dual phase chest CTs performed in the month. Data Submission 1. Data will be submitted monthly to the Washington State Hospital Association (WSHA) Quality Benchmarking System (QBS). The department code for this measure is Imaging. Denominator: Number of pediatric inpatient and outpatient single phase and dual phase chest CTs performed in the month. 1. Generate a list of inpatients and outpatients including emergency department patients, 0-17 years of age, who receive a chest CT with CPT codes 71250, 71260, and 71270. This is your denominator. 2.
