Short cleaning instruction Fantastic series
1. Either press the oranges remaining in the supply tunnel (1) or remove them by hand.
Attention: Turn off and unplug the machine!
2. Unscrew the front cover screw (16) (left and right)
3. Remove the front cover (6):
Pull the lower part of the front cover slightly towards the front. Then lift the cover away
from the retaining bolts.
Attention: Do not clean the Front cover in a dishwasher!
4. Unscrew the cross holder screw (15).
screw is tightened.
5. Pull out the cross holder (15).
6. Separate the knife guide (14) form the cross holder (15) by pulling out the cross holder
screw (15). (3 individual parts: cross holder, knife guide, screw)
7. Remove the peel remover (right (10) and left (11))
8. Remove the upper pressing units (8).
9. Remove the lower pressing units (9)
10. Lift the knife and pull out
Attention: The knife is razor sharp and must be removed very carefully!
Attention: When reinstalling the blade, please ensure that the cutting edge of the
knife is pointing up and that the knife move easy up and down.
11. Unclamp the fixation lever of the supply tunnel (1) and remove it.
12. Remove the front plate / double plate (17).
13. Open the fixation clips (18) of the fruit sieve supporter (12).
14. Remove the fruit sieve supporter (12).
15. Remove the fruit sieve (13) from the fruit sieve supporter (12).
16. Remove the peel bucket (7).
17. Remove the drip cup (11).
18. Remove the filter from the cup (19).
Attention: Place all mentioned parts (with the exception of the front cover) in the
dishwasher or wash them by hand!
To assemble the machine, re-mount all parts in the opposite order of removal.
