Jason is an East Tennessee native with a wide range of experience in
commercial real estate. He has worked with federally regulated financial
institutions, private investors, attorneys, government entities, small and
large companies, and individuals as an appraiser, valuation expert, advisor,
agent, and consultant since 2007. Jason has proven his expertise through his
involvement in hundreds of real estate transactions and his dedication to a
high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics. Jason’s strengths are found
in his ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions that help his
clients make informed and reliable decisions.

January 2016 - Present
In January of 2016 Jason founded East Tennessee Valuation Inc. as
a platform to provide the highest level of professional valuation and
consulting services available in the East Tennessee market. Jason is the
owner of East Tennessee Valuation and set its foundation on a business
model based first in humility, ethics, and integrity, and strengthened by
the latest in valuation theory, research, economic analysis, data gathering,
and technology. Jason is responsible for managerial and operational
organization, and the overall valuation and consulting service objectives for
the company.

April 2014 - Present
Jason joined Wood Properties in early 2014, one of the oldest and most
experienced commercial real estate development, management, and
brokerage firms in Tennessee. At Wood Properties, Inc. Jason is an affiliate
broker of commercial real estate. He is tasked with helping clients analyze,
lease, acquire, and sell their commercial real estate assets. He has become
an integral part of the team, with his colleagues regularly relying on his
experience and expertise. Jason has completed several commercial real estate
transactions and is currently providing real estate consulting services to the
Knox County government.

April 2007 - April 2014
After an 8 year career as a Firefighter Paramedic for the Rural Metro Fire
Department in Knox County Tennessee, Jason joined Braun and Associates,
Inc. as a commercial real estate appraiser. During his time at Braun and
Associates, Jason was mentored by David Braun, MAI and performed
hundreds of real estate appraisals, consulted with clients, and managed
trainees and research assistants.
