BBQ’s, summer & fireworks
July is here, a time for fireworks, BBQs, and more summer fun than we can shake a stick at. With everything
starting to kick off into full summer mode, we can’t help
but feel excited for what July has in store. What is it you
have to look forward to? Well, as far as events go, we have
a lot of things planned that are guaranteed to entice you.
With the heat and drought in full force we included some
information on saving energy and preventing fires.
July Community Reminders
The summer is in full swing and the 4th of July is here. For
most this means BBQ’s, swimming and watching fireworks with
family and friends is a must. We want to remind our residents
that no fireworks are allowed on the property. We also wanted to
remind residents if they use the BBQ grills and pit areas to make
sure they clean them after each use. We also wanted to remind
residents that the water restrictions due to the drought are still in
place. We ask that you do not wash your car on the property.
Win the July Basket Raffle
We offering another opportunity to win the Woodbridge raffle. When you
pay your rent between July 1st and July 5th you will be entered to win our
great July basket. Winner will be announced July 6th.
We have doggie treats!

Keep Our Community Clean
Don’t forget to keep our community clean by picking up after

Oftentimes people find themselves falling asleep in front of
the T.V., leaving it on for multiple
hours without anyone watching.
This can also be
said for those of
us who get their
media on other
plugged devices.
A simple way
to conserve energy is to use the
sleep timer function on all your
electronic devices. You can set a
time that they shut off or go into
power save mode and when it
gets to be 5 minutes before that
time, a notification will alert you.
If you are still awake you can turn
off the timer, but if you have
fallen asleep or waled away from
the device it will turn off automatically. This is a simple way to
ensure you are conserving all your
electricity.
Juice &
Donuts
We will be serving juice and
donuts at the office on Wednesday July 15th. So, please stop by
the office to grab these yummy
treats.
Conserve Water
With the full force of summer
in effect combined with continueing drought we ask that you be
mindful of your water use.

• Glittery red, silver and blue pipe cleaners.
• Scissors
Instructions
1. Cut several pipe cleaners in fourths. First cut them in half, and then
in half again.
2. Twist each small piece around each other to create starburst firework shape. Start with two to make an X. Then twist the third and
lastly fourth piece around the center of the X.
3. Next use a full-length pipe cleaner to make one more soke on your
starburst, with one side long like a sparkler!
4. To make the crown part, wrap a few pipe cleaners together until
they fit around you or your child’s head.
5. Lastly, add the fireworks by wrapping each long stem around your
crown spacing them a few inches apart.
Send pictures to [email protected] and we’ll try to put the pictures in next month’s newsletter. Include your name and age with your
submission.
