Gift Brick
Program
Our programs at a glance:
Lutheran Senior Housing includes over
300 units of market rate and subsidized
housing for low income seniors.
Senior Life Matters community outreach
program provides support and solutions to
people as they age.
Lutheran Home & Rehabilitation Center
offers excellence in skilled nursing and
a full rehabilitation program including
all aspects of physical, occupational and
speech therapies.
Hultquist Place Assisted Living Program
provides a warm homelike atmosphere
for our seniors who need extra help with
activities such as personal care, medication
management, cooking and laundry.
Warner Place Medical Model Adult Day
Care Program offers an alternative to the
nursing home for those who have support
at home, yet need medical care and
socialization during the day.
G.A. Family Services includes outreach,
foster care and adoption services, a
residential program and learning center for
youth with special needs.
The RSVP and the Foster Grandparent
Program are sponsored by Lutheran
because of the valuable resources their
volunteers bring to our community.

Walking along the pathway is like taking a step
back in time as we remember each person. In
the spring, new bricks are placed in the pathway;
and in June we hold a “Brick Tea” event to
dedicate all the new bricks. All proceeds from
the gift brick program are used to benefit the
people we serve at Lutheran.

Brick Pathway

Sheldon Court
Lutheran is proud to offer our Gift Brick
Program where you can purchase a brick with
your personal inscription in memory of or in
honor of a loved one.
The bricks will be placed in the beautiful brick
pathway located in Sheldon Court between
units A1 and B1 at the Lutheran Home and
Rehabilitation Center. There are now well over
500 special bricks. The cost of each brick is
$75.
You are welcome to come in and choose your
own special location in the pathway if you wish.
If you would like more than one brick, we can
make sure all the bricks are placed together.
Please consider becoming a part of
Sheldon Court by honoring a loved one
with a gift brick.
Each brick may be inscribed
with up to 3 lines of 14 to 20 characters
(including spaces) on each line.
