If you are unable to do the duties listed, please change with someone, alter the main copy
of the rota in the church and advise the office
Sunday Wardens and Sides People – please arrive by 9.45. Sides people to assemble service
sheets, etc and welcome people. There are large print service sheets available. Help direct
people during communion as advised by the Sunday Warden. Please clear up books and
paper after the service
Sound / Tec Team – please arrive by 9.30 ready to carry out a check with the music group and
check relevant information ready on the computer
Readers / Prayers – please arrive by 10 am and be ready to go forward to do your reading /
prayers in good time. Please remember to speak to the first four rows of people so that the
microphone is able to pick up your voice
