STATION “B” TASK CARD: Do not move the two ramps at this station. You have
marble #1. You can let the marble roll down either or both ramps to see how it
works. Suppose there is another marble that you do not have (marble #2). Marble
#2 is twice the size of marble #1 and made of the same material. If you were to let
marbles #1 and #2 go from the same place on each of the two ramps and roll
down at exactly the same time, what would happen? Use a ruler to draw on the
paper at this station. Draw a line that shows the path of each of the two marbles
until each would roll off the paper. Put your name on the paper and give it to the
event leader when you have finished all stations.
