• Answertheclient’squestionsandpresentanyoffertoorcounter-offer
fromtheclient;and
• Treatallpartiestoarealestatetransactionhonestlyandfairly.

TRANSACTION:
AS AGENT FOR OWNER (SELLER/LANDLORD):Thebrokerbecomesthe
propertyowner’sagentthroughanagreementwiththeowner,usuallyina
writtenlistingtosellorpropertymanagementagreement.Anowner’sagent
mustperformthebroker’sminimumdutiesaboveandmustinformtheowner
ofanymaterialinformationabouttheproertyortransactionknownbythe
agent,includinginformationdisclosedtotheagentorsubagentbythebuyer

AS SUBAGENT:Alicenseholderactsasasubagentwhenaidingabuyerin
atransactionwithoutanagreementtorepresentthebuyer.Asubagentcan
assistthebuyerbutdoesnotrepresentthebuyerandmustplacetheinterests
oftheownerfirst.
TO AVOID DISPUTES, ALL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN YOU AND A BROKER SHOULD BE IN WRITING AND CLEARLY ESTABLISH:
