Intellectual Property Rights assets: describe the key knowledge (IPR) items to be used within
the project and who owns them; These items had to be developed prior to the project
(Background IPR).
Explain who will be owner of IPR of results generated within the project and if these results
will be protected (Foreground IPR).
4.3 Project Team (maximum 1600 characters)



Describe each partner organization of the project team. Elaborate on their strengths and
expertise relevant for the project. Refer to potential track records or similar projects
conducted.
Describe how the project is going to be managed. Mention how many people would be
involved in the action. In what way does each of them contribute to the action? Mention key
personnel involved.
Describe, if relevant, potential collaboration partners that will not financially benefit from
the project: e.g. universities, large companies, Hospitals, medical associations etc.
