Camps run on the dates shown from 9am-­‐ 12pm. All camps are geared towards ages 4-­‐10 with the exception of the Future Fashionista camp that is geared to ages 6-­‐11. dKZ'/^dZ͙ Please complete, sign and mail or drop off with $50 deposit for each camp week you are registering for. Checks should be made payable to: Little Miss Everything. Enrollment will be open until filled. Spaces are limited so please register early to guarantee your reservation. SIBLING DISCOUNT: A 10% sibling discount is offered and nd rd
applied to the 2 /3 child fees when registration/deposit is received by April 1, 2012. Campers may be dropped off not earlier than 5 minutes before start time and should be picked up no later than 5 minutes after camp ends. A $15 late pick-­‐up fee will be assessed to campers who are picked up late. Campers will not be permitted to leave the premises without an authorized adult. Please inform the camp director of any pick up arrangements in advance. Campers should be fully potty trained. Campers will not be permitted to attend if disciplinary problems occur and cannot be remedied. Food Allergies Yes/No (please explain if yes) Campers should bring and sack lunch with a drink each day. Some snacks will be provided during some activities. If we so not receive your balance at that time, your reserved spot may be offered to our waitlist.
