IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This schedule represents your permit to use the facilities on the dates and times indicated. Please carry a
copy of this schedule, your roster, and the special league rules to all games.
Coaches must help in supervising players/spectators and preventing damages to the facility. Good
sportsmanship and behavior is expected at all times.
Report to all games 15 minutes before starting time. Please do not enter Caravel Academy
gymnasium before 6:00 pm.
No food or beverages are permitted in gym.
Home team must provide an adult volunteer to help at the scorer’s table.
Children under 12 years of age must be seated and supervised during games.
Inclement Weather Procedures
Players, managers, and officials should call the NCC Sports and Athletics Inclement Weather Message Line
(395-5891) after 3:00 PM on the day of a game that may be affected by weather. A message will inform
them of the status of the games.
