Science 9-10: Heredity
The Heredity module consists of four components: Meiosis; DNA;
Mendelian Genetics and Other Forms of Heredity; and Human
Genetics. These components can be used by the teacher in any order.
The purpose of this content module is to examine not only the big
idea of inheritance and variation of traits, but also provide students
with specific information about how heredity affects their lives today,
as well as in the future. Each component contains links to sample
projects, notes and presentations, and assignments with rubrics.
