Employer 3: When hiring I am seeking a candidate who is goal oriented, result oriented, and looking to
be successful at a young age
Employer 4: When hiring I am seeking someone who is looking to meet candidates, be outgoing, cold
call, visit clients as well and it’s a great opportunity for the right person.
Employer 5: When I’m hiring a candidate I am seeking someone who has done their research.
Employer 6: When I’m hiring I’m looking for a candidate who can tell a good story. So come prepared
with all of your life experiences, and tell me a story and be excited about that story because it’s all about
what you’ve experienced and how that can translate into your career.

knows what they want.

takes a great resume to get a job interview. But once you earn the interview it is always good to talk
about yourself and your personal experiences because we want to learn about you.
