En España y en Latinoamérica hay tres comidas principales: el desayuno, la comida o el almuerzo y la
cena. En España, el desayuno es una comida ligera, consistente normalmente en café y tostadas, pero
en algunos países latinoamericanos, México por ejemplo, el desayuno es generalmente abundante.
Aparte de café, un desayuno mexicano puede incluir frutas, huevos, y algún plato típico de la region.
