The registered physician groups will be displayed. Click “Edit” to
manage preferred list.

Entire list of included physicians is on the left, simply click on
checkbox and “add” or “remove” to create a preferred list on the right.
Save changes.

Select your state from drop down menu. Enter EIN (TIN) and Click
“Next”.

All available physicians will be listed on the left. Create a preferred list on
the right. Save Changes. If only one physician, no need to create a
preferred list.

Now, providers will begin their requests by entering the date of service and searching for the
member using the member’s name and date of birth.
