OBLIGATORY EQUIPMENT
It is obligatory for the athletes to have the following equipment with
them, for the full duration of the race:
• camel bag or bottles that contain at least one litre of liquid;
• race bib visible for the full duration of the race;
• survival blanket/heatsheet;
• whistle;
• head lamp with spare batteries;
• drinking cup or water bottle (no drinking cups shall be available at the refreshment areas);
• road-book (given by the organiser);
• mobile phone turned ON but kept in silent mode;
• basic first aid kit
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT
It is strongly recommended to carry the following material:
• wind cheater (anorak) suitable for bad weather
• long sleeved top
• cap, hat or bandana
• gloves
• energy bars or solid food
• a small amount of money for the possible purchase of food in
the mountain shelters and/or at the shops in the villages
• elastic bandages
The use of poles is permitted but if competitor chooses to use them,
they must be worn throughout the entire race.
SPARE BAGS
Each competitor on 100 miles and 110 km race receives two plastic
bags, a big one for the aid station Buzet, and a small one for personal
stuff at the start of the race (69K and 42K competitors will receive only
one - small plastic bag).
Once filled with stuff and closed, the big bag can be deposited at the
race headquarters within the working hours. The small bag can be deposited right before the start of the race at the designated place.
Upon arrival at the finish, the bags are handed back either to the competitor or to their entourage, uniquely on presentation of the race
number (BIB). They must be collected after 12 PM of Saturday, April
16th and before 6 PM of Sunday, April 17th at the race headquarters in
Umag.

Only the bags supplied by the organizer will be transported, walking
poles are not transportable within these bags.
The organizer assures the repatriation, to the race HQ in Umag, of
sacks belonging to runners who have abandoned, on the condition
that their abandonment has been registered. The delay of the return
of bags is based on the logistical constraints and the organisation cannot guarantee a complete return of the bags before the end of the
race.

PRODUCT PURCHASE
Each year, our partner Compressport produce a customized line of
products which you can buy in our shop at the finish line.
Any complaint about the contents on arrival is not acceptable. It is
recommended not putting valuable objects in it.
TRANSFERS TO THE START
Organizer will transfer all competitors to the start of each race, by bus,
free of charge. Competitors are reqiured to be at the bus park zone
(see the map on the top) in Umag:

HOT MEAL AFTER THE RACE
A hot meal voucher will be given to the competitors upon arrival at
the finish at the spare bags recuperation. The meal will be served at
hotel Sol Garden Istra at the following time:
