Options for ages 3 and up
The YMCA offers a variety of birthday party
packages for YMCA MEMBERS ONLY.
All rentals require a $100 security deposit due
in advance of your party. This will be returned
the week following your party, provided there
are no damages to the room or YMCA
equipment. The rental fee is due in advance of
the party and will be submitted for payment
one week prior to your rental.
Groups are responsible for providing their own
party decorations and food and may come 1/2
hour prior to the start of the party to set up the
room. Tables & chairs can be re-arranged to
suit your needs. Tables in Phillips’ Hall are
6’ x 2.6’. There is a small room within Phillips’
Hall that has a refrigerator/freezer.

BIRTHDAY!
Theme parties are planned for the package you
choose. Please plan for the appropriate number
of children based on the package you choose.
Extra kids will not be planned for. Children
under the age of 3 must have parent
supervision to help them with the activities.
Minimum age of 6 years old
Kids will enjoy 1 hour of competition
against their friends to make the best
cupcake, cake, cookies or pizza with a
YMCA cooking instructor. The birthday
child receives a birthday chef’s hat & can
choose which cooking war they would
like to have for their party. The rest of
the time can be spent in Phillips’ HallRoom A or in the Youth & Family Center.
ARTS &
PLAY!
Choose soccer, basketball, flag football,
kickball or a variety of sports during your
gym time. Sport time may vary based on
gym schedule.

Kids will enjoy the first hour and 15 minutes of their party doing a craft or activity
with a YMCA staff person based on the chosen theme. The birthday child receives a
birthday crown and a special birthday dance. The rest of the time can be spent in
Phillips’ Hall-Room A or in the Youth & Family Center. If you choose swimming,
you will spend time in one of the pools the last hour of your party.

The YMCA must be notified in

time using beam, vault, mats and
age-appropriate games with a
gymnastics instructor.

Your reservation includes use of
Phillips’ Hall-Room A, the Youth &
Family Center, where the kids can
play fooseball, pool or games, and
then swimming during Open Swim
for the last hour. You will choose
which pool you prefer. Please refer
to the pool rules.
POOL RULES
Please think about the following pool
rules when planning your swim party!
Swimming for birthday parties is
during Open Swim time, so there
could be other members in the pool
at the time of your party.
Swimmers include: any children,
people in your group who are
members and any parents who
want to/have to swim with their
children.

Swimming time will be 3pm-4pm on
Saturdays and Sundays and the
time for Saturday evening is
7pm-8pm.
GYM PARTY
Same as the swim party, but
participants will utilize 1/2 of Gym 1
instead of the pool. Same pricing
applies.

Children needing flotation must be
accompanied in the pool by
a parent.

No personal flotation devices will be
permitted, you must use the
flotation devices provided by the
YMCA (floating swim suits, water
wings or life vests are not
permitted.)
Goggles covering the eyes only will
be permitted, no snorkel masks.
To be courteous to other members,
pool toys will not be permitted.
Children who are not potty-trained
will need to wear a swimming
diaper, no regular diapers
permitted.
Swimmers with longer hair will need
to wear their hair tied back.
Keep in mind that, if for some
reason the pool you chose for your
party would need to be closed, you
would be asked to move your party
to the other pool.
