To Whom It May Concern,
Ms. Gina Kline is one of the hardest working teachers that we have here at
McKinney Boyd High School. Her dedication to students and the Special
Education department goes above and beyond what is expected of an
everyday teacher. She is one of the most positive, hardworking faculty
members that we have here on campus. Ms. Kline is brand new to Boyd this
year and she has done a great job going the extra mile to help her students
and her fellow teachers to find success.
She not only works as an inclusion teacher but she also works teaching
social skills to students who are normally very hard to reach. Gina works
hard in tutoring her students and making sure they understand the subject at
hand. She is very professional and patient when working with our students
and gives them every opportunity to succeed.
As the principal of McKinney Boyd High School, I highly recommend her
for the Aspiring Administrators Academy in McKinney ISD. She definitely
exhibits strong leadership skills and I believe she would benefit from the
information she would learn in the academy. These skills will not only help
her in any future leadership roles, but will also help her lead our Boyd
Special Ed department. Please give her high regards when choosing
candidates for your program. Please feel free to contact me if you have any
further questions.
Thanks,
Dr. Jennifer Peirson
