Teknos launched the first automatic tinting machines over 25 years ago. This was a revolutionary innovation at the time, enabling
retail, architectural and industrial paints to be tinted using the same colorants from the same dispensers. Today TEKNOMIX
tinting machines and mixers are in everyday use in hardware stores and paint shops throughout Europe.

TEKNOMIX 3500 is suitable for stores tinting
medium to high paint volumes.
Easy to use
The TEKNOMIX 3500 is for 16 colorants
and 6 litre canisters. At 1,1 m, the canister
working height ensures easy refilling. The
TEKNOMIX 3500 is easy and convenient to
use. Thanks to its ergonomically designed
automatic external shelf and panel roll conveyors, 20 litre cans are easily handled. A
standard external head version and the lid
punch are operated by two separate “up/
down” push buttons.
High-tech design
The attractive, high-tech design of the
TEKNOMIX 3500 will enhance your point
of sale or depot. This mixer uses the latest
generation of gear pump technology. Its
patented pumps with ceramic components
have been extensively field tested with the
latest colorants. The pumps enable reduced
component wear and significantly lower
maintenance.
The precise and affordable TEKNOMIX 3500
has state-of-the-art electronics for improved
diagnostics and maintenance. It also has
remote diagnostic capacity, a photocell can
detector and automatic humidifier caps to
keep nozzles clean when using fast drying
colorants.
The TEKNOMIX 3500’s volumetric, simultaneous dispensing system is suitable for water and solvent-based colorants. It can also
be used in place of the TEKNOTINT 3500
for solvent-based colorants, or the TEKNOCOLOR 3500 for water-based colorants. It is
supplied with user interface software which
tracks colorant levels in canisters. Colorant
stirring and recirculation are automatic and
programmable.

TEKNOMIX 5000 – Up to 20 colorants
The TEKNOMIX 5000 is based on TEKNOMIX
3500 technology, with an additional 4-canister module, each canister carrying 15 litres.
This enables the use of up to 20 colorants.

TEKNOMIX 460 – Reliable functionality
The TEKNOMIX 460 is a compact, manual
dispenser. It dispenses based on rotation
of the canister table. Being made of stainless steel, its dispensing pumps and canisters are suitable for decorative and solventbased colorants. The machine is built on a
strong steel frame. A special feature is the
filling funnel mounted on top of the canister, onto which the colorant bottle can be
screwed for efficient emptying.

TEKNOMIX 50 – Compact and cost effective
The TEKNOMIX 50 is a small, compact dispenser. It has a new piston pump technology with a simultaneous dispensing system.
Compact and inexpensive to purchase and
maintain, it is the ideal solution for do-it-yourself stores or similar environments, in which
low to medium paint volumes are tinted.

drying in the nozzles. Together with conventional daily cleaning, this ensures troublefree function.
The ergonomic design of the TEKNOMIX 50,
with a refilling height of just 1.3 m, makes it
easy and pleasant to use.
The pumps have a longer lifetime because
only those pumps necessary for making the
desired colour are used. This technique minimizes the need for regular maintenance and
servicing, which also means low operational
costs during the lifetime of the dispenser.
Its simultaneous dispensing technology with
a patented pump and valve lifting mechanism ensures fast operation.
An external, fully adjustable hydraulic can shelf
Because the piston is constructed of Teflon
and glass, very little friction is created. This
causes less wear and tear on the piston
pumps, ensuring a longer life.
The TEKNOMIX 50’s volumetric, simultaneous dispensing system is suitable for universal and water-based colorants.
The TEKNOMIX 50 can also be used in
place of the TEKNOCOLOR 50 for waterbased colorants.
The stirring of colorants is automatic and
programmable. Remote maintenance can
be provided via a PC-modem connection.

33, one of the most efficient gyroscopic mixers on market, is designed to improve the process flow.

TEKNOMIX WX7 Super – Reliable and cost effective
The WX7S is easy to use and requires only minor maintenance. Its
bi-axial rotation and adjustable mixing time ensures homogeneous
mixing results. Loading and unloading is easier due to a wide and
