Recipe #550 Diabetic Friendly Pasta
Instructions:
1. Heat water to a rolling boil, add salt.
2. Slowly add pasta while stirring constantly
until water boils again, cook for 8-10 minutes.
Do not overcook, Drain well
3. Add mixed vegetables, broccoli, and pepper,
Shake dressing and pour over pasta and
vegetables mixture.
4. Toss lightly to coat evenly.
5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
