Description Of Change
Changes to the valid set for J1843 were accepted at MDB_14_0227 to use the value O to identify an Objection Raised. This revised value has been included
in the drafting of this CP.
This CP proposes two further changes:
1) Add a new value to data item J1843 - Objection Details. This should be W – Withdrawn. This is specific to the DCC/MPAS interface and is required
by the DCC in order to handle the changes implemented as part of DTC CP 3402. This data item is used in flows D0348 and D0349.
2) The Item Description for J1843 - Objection Details should read: Details sent to DCC of whether MPAS has received an Objection and when that
objection is removed or upheld or when the registration is withdrawn.

The implementation date of 26 June 2014 is intended to align with DTC CP 3408 - Amendments to the interface between MPAS and the DCC.
