to the
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
For The
CUDJOE REGIONAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM
NO-NAME KEY LOW-PRESSURE SEWER SYSTEM INSTALLATION
FKAA PROJECT NO. 4068-17
To All Planholders:
The changes, additions and/or deletions are hereby made a part of the Contract Documents for
the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority, No-Name Key Low-Pressure Sewer System Installation,
FKAA Project # 4068-17, as fully and complete as if the same were set forth herein. Bidders are
reminded to acknowledge the receipt of this ADDENDUM in SECTION 00200, PROPOSAL.
The following modifications, additions, or deletions, are made:
A. The pumps for the Simplex Low Pressure Stations at each Residential House for Bid Item
LPS-1 are the E-One Extreme Upgrade Grinder Pumps (refer to attachment).
B. The pumps for the Area Lift Station #1 for Bid Item No. L-1 are the E-One Extreme
Model WX Explosionproof Grinder Pumps (refer to attachment).
SPECIFICATIONS:
• Make the following to Specification Section 01025 Measurement and Payment that was
provided in Addendum No. 2:

Bid Item No. LPS-1 on Page 11, Paragraph A, REVISE the last sentence to “Refer to
Drawings M-5, M-6, E-3 and E-4.”

Bid Item No. L-1 on Page 13, Paragraph A, ADD the following to the 8th sentence:
“…including Meter Can, fused disconnect with surge protection, Nema 4X…”

Bid Item No. L-1 on Page 13, Paragraph A, ADD the following to the 11th sentence:
“…equipment rack, conduit, fittings with chico cement & wire, …”
DRAWINGS:
• DELETE the Electrical Drawings E-3, and E-4 in their entirety and REPLACE with the
attached Revised Drawings E-3, and E-4.
ATTACHMENTS AND REFERENCES TO THIS ADDENDUM 2:
• Pump Cutsheets.
• Drawings E-3 and E-4.
