If you typically have difficulty getting caps to fit, we have you covered. Our 5 panel poly caps are made in
the USA, fully adjustable and meet DOD standards. These poly caps are also available in a 6 panel low
profile structure. These caps are adjustable and are considered "one size fits most". If you are unsure of the
fit, we do have larger sized caps of the same material available. Please contact Customer Service at 888-9508520 and specify your need for a large ball cap. We’ll be glad to help you.
*Cotton Twill – Cotton twill is cotton that has been woven into a specific pattern to make the hat sturdier
than other fabrics made from cotton. It is more resistant to tears, wrinkles and other forms of damage. The
fabric is water resistant and is commonly used for clothing used in outdoor work. These hats are breathable.
